Project: Knowledge Base Candidate Assessment

Description: In May 2023, I completed the selection process for the UX Writer (Knowledge Base Agent) position at Red Acre. Part of the selection process was the production of a task divided into 3 parts:

Part 1: Create a communication strategy to advise consumers that we are aware of the outage, what they are to expect from a timeline and any other relevant information I may choose.

Part 2: Produce a comprehensive strategy to release the product to market from a knowledge transfer perspective.

Part 3: Conduct a review of products and services offered by GoPlc and Melita currently, pinpointing key differences and your suggestions of which products or services may be beneficial to incorporate within our strategy.
